Ingredients

75g / 2 ¾ oz Spinach

2 tsp Acai powder

2 tsp Manuka Honey

Pinch of ground cinnamon

250ml / 9 fl oz Almond milk

Crushed ice, to serve

 

  1. Place the spinach, acai powder, honey and cinnamon in a blender.
  2. Pour over the almond milk and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir well, pour over the crushed ice, if using, and serve immediately.
